About Job Online Android App
Opgaver fordeles i Synchronicer opgavestyringen fra kontoret til staben af medarbejdere i marken. I marken modtages opgaverne på smartphones eller tablets.
Medarbejderen i marken guides med apps igennem hver opgave med et forløb, der er speciallavet til den enkelte opgavetype.
Når en opgave er løst, sendes alle oplysninger om opgaven fx billeder, bemærkninger, position og varighed fra smartphonen til kontoret og gemmes til dokumentation, regnskab, lønafregning, fakturering eller anden behandling.
På kontoret er alt samlet i ét system, og der er fuldt overblik over opgaver og folk på positionskort og lister, der opdateres løbende.
Synchronicer Job kører kun online. Ønsker I offline mulighed, skal I vælge Synchronicer Job+.
