About Jockey Club COOL Neighbours for Energy Saving Android App
Jockey Club COOL Neighbours for Energy Saving is a 2-year programme funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and organised by Friends of the Earth (HK). Its purposes are to encourage a sustainable and low-carbon lifestyle; reduce residential demand on electricity and its associated carbon emission; alleviate air pollution and mitigate climate change.
This Mobile Application (App) is customized for the captioned programme. It is designed to provide a platform for the energy saving competition and interaction with the users. Its major functions are as follows:
- Registration for the competition
- Share energy saving tips for home and latest news
- Upload electricity bill, earn credit points, redeem energy saving gifts
