I created Joy Training to provide bespoke coaching to individuals who really want to change their lives through their health & fitness. I have always aimed to share the Joy that I have for training with others so that they can make sustainable changes for life - feeling buzzed about working out, seeing improvements, sharing it with others….this has always been my aim. Now with my new app I can reach people globally and unite us all as a like minded community!!!
