This app captures sounds from your phone microphone and sends them to your Bluetooth headset. For example, this application can help you to better understand dialogs from your favorite TV serial.
The sound level in your headset can as usual be adjusted using the volume buttons of your phone. Additionaly, you can also use the seek bar of the app for this purpose. The associated gain can go from -20 to +20. In order to achieve sound amplification or reduction, samples are multiplied by a factor depending on the gain :
- if the gain is positive, the amplication factor is gain/2 + 1
- if the gain is negative, the reduction factor is gain/20 + 1, being thus 0 when the gain reaches -20
Don't forget to switch your Bluetooth headset on before launching the app, otherwise you'll get Larsen effect!
I hope you'll find this app useful.
