Juz’ Amma adalah juz terakhir dari tiga puluh juz al-Quran. Juz ‘Amma merupakan juz dengan jumlah surat terbanyak yaitu terdapat 37 surat. Dimulai dengan surat an-Naba’ dan di-akhiri dengan surat an-Naas.

Ciri utama Surat Juz Amma adalah singkat-singkat, dengan bahasa yang indah dan menyentuh hati. Surat Juz Amma sangat akrab sekali ditelinga kita karena kebanyakan para imam di masjid-masjid sering membaca surat-surat pendek yang terdapat di dalam juz ‘Amma, daripada membaca surat-surat di dalam juz-juz lainnya, baik secara lengkap maupun berupa penggalan surat
