EFFECT PUBLICATIONS was established in the year 2006 by Smt. Kanika Chakraborty.

We have been publishing a Weekly Career and Job oriented Newspaper "KAAJ CAREER" which is widely circulated in Kolkata and all the districts of West Bengal as well as in the neighboring state of Tripura. Currently 50,000 copies of the paper are circulated in West Bengal and Tripura every week.

We strive to gain 1 lakh copies of our career newspaper and become the highest circulated paper in such category in Bengali circulation in the entire Eastern part of India.

To provide students and fresh graduate's suitable job opportunities in public as well as private sector companies, we have launched a career and job portal called - www.sahinaukri.com on 15th August 2012. We would like to extend the reach of our offerings via the website to more students across India. Our aim has been to make the whole recruitment process altogether easier: Easier for jobseekers. Easier for recruiters.

In this context it is to be highlighted that the proprietress Smt. Kanika Chakraborty has vast knowledge and experience in publishing such weekly employment and career oriented paper. Further Sri Asoke Chakraborty, the Editor, has about nearly thirty years experience of being attached to such nature of paper and his knowledge and experience has increased the circulation of paper day by day as as to reach 50,000 copies for weekly leading to 2,00,000 copies per month.
