This app is a plugin. You need to install the base application "AHK Text Expansion Keyboard" before running this app.
With the "AHK Text Expansion Keyboard", this app allows you to add events to calendar on the fly.
While you are typing in any text editor, as long as you type a "calendar command", for example,
.cal.td.3pm.meet.someone
and then press the space key, the event "meet someone" will be inserted into the time slot of today's 3pm of the calendar, without the need of opening any calendar app. All happen in the background, so that you can focus back on your original work at once.
Further examples:
.cal.20150112.1230PM.do.something
(add an event named "do something" to the date 2015.01.12 and time 12.30pm to my calendar)
.cal.tm.1520.do.something
(add an event named "do something" to tomorrow 3.20pm to my calendar)
.cal.td.1520.do.something
(add an event named "do something" to today 3.20pm to my calendar)
.cal.sun.do.something
(add an event named "do something" to the default time (set by you) to the coming Sunday)
.cal.atm.1520.do.something
(add an event named "do something" to the day after tomorrow 3.20pm)
More explanations and examples will be provided within the app.
In case you really want to open your calendar app, this app can act as a launcher. Just type
.cal
and press the space key, then your calendar app will be opened at once.
For this app, no internet permission is required. Your privacy is respected.
