We have the perfect app for you and your training, whether at home, in the gym or outdoors. Create your own training plans from more than 1'300 exercises, including videos, track your progress with just a few clicks and forget your training plan on paper! Your performance is automatically summarised and analysed for so that you always have an overview of your activities. With our cool filter options by body part, equipment or exercise type, you can find your favourite exercises in an instant and at the same time be inspired by new exercises.

What it costs you
Because our company works with gyms, personal trainers, physiotherapists and occupational health providers, the app is free of charge for you as a trainee at any time.

Online coaching with your coaches possible
If you are training with coaches from one of the above-mentioned business areas, they have the possibility to join in with an app created especially for them. This allows them to coach you via their smartphone, create tailor-made training plans and provide you with tips and tricks for a healthy lifestyle.
