About The time is - demo Android App
Drag the marker around the dial to set the clock. Get feedback what time it is. Eg: "ten past five", "quarter to two".
You drag the marker by the hour hand to set the time. The minute hand stops on 0, 5, 10 minutes and so on. You also see a digital display. When you release the marker the text pops up telling you what time it is. You must be able to read. Screenshots displays everything.
Tha app is made for children who wants to learn to tell the time.
This is the free demo version without textual feedback of the time.
