App home screen gives you three action buttons
(1).Left button is the Menu Button.
You get option to set a Reminder in minutes
Option to navigate to Facebook
Option to play a Meditation Audio and follow it to relax
Option to manage To Do list.
(2).Center button will start your eight hour day schedule.
It will guide you through regular notifications for break with a suggestion and notification when to resume.
It will run till end of day.
You can stop the notification schedule any time by exiting the app using the right button.
(3).The right most button terminates the App.
