Here is how to use it:
1) Create your company.
2) Create the users for your company through "Manage Users", so multiple people can go in the app and search or create solutions. You can also make users "Administrators" or not, which means you can control who has the ability to change data or just view it
3) Each new solution needs to be approved by an "Administrator" before it can be searched, then you need to "Manage Solutions", where you choose to approve and assign a category to it. This is to avoid inappropriate solutions to be viewed by the entire company.
4) Remember, the only searchable solutions are those that have been approved through the "Manage Solutions" module.
Since this app was primarily designed for companies sharing their experiences with each other, so when a new hire comes along they can expedite the training by presenting all their experience documented in this app.
The idea grew since then and a module that allows for any company to go in, register itself and have its employees use it.
