Page 1: Once upon a time there lived a big group of frogs in a deep well. This group of frogs was headed by their King and they lived happily. The king took good care of them. There was peace in his kingdom.
Page 2: Slowly and gradually his rivals rose up. Some of his people started back biting him. King’s defame started spreading all over.
Page 3: Number of rivals was increasing. The king got worried that these rivals could trigger a revolution against him and if that happened he might lose his throne.
Page 4: The king thought that he should take necessary steps to suppress his rivals very soon. So first of all he decided to make them understand with peace what they were doing was wrong.
Page 5: So he called his rivals and tried hard to convince them but in vain. They were not ready to listen to him. This made the king angry. Now he started thinking of taking some hard steps to suppress his rivals.
Page 6: One day he was sitting outside the well and was thinking about an appropriate solution of his problem, suddenly he saw a snake entering in a hole nearby.
Page 7: The king had an idea and said to himself, “What an easy solution I have got. This would solve all my problems.” He went near the snake’s hole and called the snake.
Page 8: The snake came out of his hole. He got surprised to see the king frog outside. He asked the reason of the king frog’s arrival.
Page 9: The king said to the snake, “My friend! I have come here to invite you to come and stay with me. I will arrange you nice food for many weeks.”
Page 10: The snake got surprised again. He thought, “A frog itself is the food of a snake. How come he can arrange him the food for many weeks?” The snake asked the frog king, “What do you mean.”
Page 11: The king told him the whole story of his rivals and said, “Friend you have to finish all my rivals in a smart way so that the other people could not understand anything.”
Page 12: The king continued, “There is a hole in the well and you can hide there.” Snake’s mouth filled with water to here this invitation. He got ready to come with the frog king.
Page 13: Inside the well, when other fogs were not around, the king showed the hole to the snake. The snake entered and hid quietly inside the hole.
Page 14: Now the snake quietly came out of the hole and ate the king’s rivals one by one and hid again in the hole. He had finished all his rivals.
Page 15: After all the rivals had finished, the king came to the snake and said, “Friend! You have done a great job. Your work has finished. Now you can go back to your home.”
Page 16: The snake was very wicked. He refused to go back and said, “No I will not go. Allow me to eat other frogs otherwise I will eat you up.” The king heavy heartedly allowed him to eat other innocent frogs.
Page 17: The snake started eating other frogs one by one. Gradually the number of frogs started decreasing. A day came when the king left alone.
Page 18: The king repented on his deed. He had to leave the well to save himself otherwise the snake would have eaten him
