KomontraK is designed to find businesses and locations worldwide.

Mainly searches detailed by name or by its category in an area near the user's location at the time of the query. Although It has an option which you can search worldwide manually, moving the locator of the location map.

It is also very useful for planning a trip abroad and save favorite places you want to visit, and do not worry if you get lost because you can use the navigation feature on maps to get to your favorite sites without missing yourself, in addition to this you can locate the exact sites and orientate with the Street View feature added.

With KomontraK is not necessary to enable GPS to find your location, you can locate the device in the same location where you are connected to a Wi-Fi zone or an mobile antenna network where is getting coverage, however if a greater precision was required, would be advisable using GPS to improve the location, although for convenience is easier to activate the manual mode and select the area where to search.

The app consists of several menus that make it very comfortable and adaptable to the needs of each user. In addition there are several filters to sort the searches; by distance, punctuation or if contain offers. All businesses can be commented and rated for a better user experience. You can even access the website of the managers of a business or the author of the photos in the site.

KomontraK offers the possibility to add new sites to the database in a simple way, just by logging in with a valid gmail account, you can access the menu of "my business" in order to populate a user profile and add your business to the base of data.

The map offered is Google Maps, which makes this application can enjoy topographic maps, satellite or altitude among others, in addicition has a rotation angle added to the map to give perspective and 3D buildings.
