“Kongsi Jempolan” is a digital application of FMC Indonesia on Loyalty Program that support its business channel including the Distributor, Sub-Distributor and Retailer business on their business process.
The business channel can submit their purchase order of FMC products thru this app.
Kongsi point is calculated based on their sales performance of Surat Pembelian Barang (SPB) and Nota retailer. Catalog rewards is available, the Sub-Distributor and Retailer can redeem based on their Kongsi point achievement.
Business channel also able to communicate with FMC Call Center and Customer Relationship Executive thru this app.
