Die soziale und politische Struktur der staatlich verfassten Gesellschaft wird damit verfassungsrechtlich festgelegt. Das Bundesverfassungsgericht bewahrt als unabhängiges Verfassungsorgan die Funktion der Grundrechte, das politische und staatsorganisatorische System und entwickelt sie weiter.
