QR codes placed in various zones like meeting rooms, rest areas and cafeterias at KPIT offices globally. The users can scan these QR codes to view a list of issues and report their concern / feedback. This issue is routed to the relevant team to take action. The user can keep track of the status of each of their reported issues using this app.
