The free kfit app is a companion app for the kfit Corporate Health and Wellness Platform and the k-Step activity tracker.

NOTE: You need a valid kfit Corporate Account to use the app.

kfit gives you access to all of your Kwench kfit platform data at your fingertips — anytime, anywhere. Trackers, Graphs and more let you quickly view activities, track progress toward goals and more.

When used with k-Step activity tracker it helps you IMPROVE ACTIVITY LEVELS, TRACK and IMPROVE EATING HABITS, MANAGE YOUR WEIGHT and to SLEEP BETTER.
