Sempre que se tem um empreendimento com histórico de sucesso, há uma história que levou a este resultado. Isto não poderia ser diferente, quando falamos de um empreendimento como La Tavernetta.
Tradicionalmente, os patriarcas desta família, Carlos Erler e sua esposa Rosa Venturini, de descendência tradicional Italiana, eram conhecidos na região da Várzea Alegre pela sua hospitalidade, por hospedar em sua casa, os viajantes que passavam por ali.
Arcelina Erler, uma de suas filhas, desde a idade juvenil já praticava as artes culinária no berço de sua família, onde, apesar de não existir uma estrutura comercial, dada a rotatividade de pessoas, havia alta demanda na preparação de alimentos, cuja culinária, até hoje, deixa saudades para os que tiveram a oportunidade de apreciar. Posteriormente, no final da década de 80 , junto com seu esposo, Laurindo Venturini, iniciou com o RISTORANTE VENTURINI, trazendo o primeiro self–servisse com fogão a lenha de Santa Teresa. Num ambiente simples, porém, com uma culinária de deixar qualquer apreciador de água na boca. A mão de obra familiar era predominante na manutenção da estrutura, onde, Marcio Venturini, seu filho mais moço, teve seus primeiros contatos com a atividade de comércio no ramo da culinária.
Por volta do final da década de 90 junto com um amigo, iniciou com uma modesta pizzaria, mas com um diferencial de qualidade. Ao longo dos anos, foi evoluindo com o empreendimento, aproveitando ideias e buscando tornar o local único. Então, com bastante esforço e investimento, chegou ao que hoje é a La Tavernetta. Um empreendimento de sucesso, oferecendo um ambiente rústico e aconchegante, com uma das melhores vistas do centro da pacata cidade de Santa Teresa.- HISTORY -

The family labor was prevalent in maintaining the structure, where Marcio Venturini, his youngest son, had his first contacts with trading activity in the field of cooking.
Toward the end of the 90s along with a friend, started with a modest pizzeria, but with a quality differential. Over the years, it evolved from the enterprise, leveraging ideas and trying to make the site unique. So, with enough effort and investment, came to what is now La TAVERNETTA. A successful venture, offering a rustic, cozy atmosphere, with the best views of the sleepy town of Santa Teresa center.
