Aplikasi client app LAPOR! bertujuan sebagai penghubung antara pejabat pemerintah dan sistem LAPOR!. Masyarakat sebagai pelapor dapat melaporkan permasalahan melalui SMS kepada pejabat pemerintah. Kemudian SMS tersebut akan diteruskan oleh client app ke sistem LAPOR! agar dapat ditindaklanjuti.The client application app REPORT! intended as a liaison between government officials and the system REPORT !. Society as a reporter can report problems via SMS to a government official. Then SMS will be forwarded by the client app to the system REPORT! to be followed up.
