** This app does not help you to install Google Apps, you will need to install it yourself, the simplest way is to use Open GApps update file with third-party recovery. You may find Open GApps @ https://www.google.com/search?q=open+gapps. **

So do not expect this app to do more than this. **

Some background,
Usually Google components are entirely removed from China phones, though you can install Open GApps, the alternative OS may have restriction, so you have no 'Google Settings' choice in settings.
So this app solves this issue, it simply trigger GMS to start its settings.

The first screenshot shows there is no 'Google Settings' option in settings.
The second screenshot shows this app in the start menu.
The third screenshot shows this app triggered Google Settings.

This app does not require any permission.
Considering this APK is only 5 kilo bytes, I do not want an icon to enlarge it, so this app has no icon. The high resolution icon here in Google Play store is 12.2K.
