About LE Messenger Android App

This messaging app was designed for the Department of Energy Security Police Officer unions. It is based off of the Telegram Messenger and complies with end-to-end encryption standards. LE Messenger has an available chat option which leaves no trace of the messages on servers. This option is not part of the cloud and can only be accessed on the device of origin. This app supports self-destructing messages and does not allow forwarding.

Functions:
- Create up to three separate groups private or public.
- Set administrators for the groups.
- Only administrators can see others in the group.
- Groups are to push out information fast to everyone at once.
- LE Messenger will only show you those in your contacts which have the messenger.
- Enter secure private chat with anyone.
- Optional two step verification.
- Optional self destruct account if unused after 1,3,6 moths or a year.

The app requires a lot permissions, below are some of the requirements. This is to function as a full messenger with all of its capabilities.
Contacts - To show you others in your contacts lists which have the LE Messenger.
Files & Folders - To save images and files sent to you. So you can attach images & files from your device.
Camera - To take pictures and attach them directly from the app.
