About LeaveRequest for SAP Android App

Would you like your employees to request their absences directly from their mobile device? with the application LeaveRequest, now is possible!

Provide HCM People has developed LeaveRequest, this application is intended to request absences by the employee, view the available days and the last absences requested.

The SAP user must be informed in the infotype 0105 (communication) subtype 0001, SAP system user name (SY-UNAME) to recognize the employee.

The application has a “DEM” (Demo) System by default so you can check their aspect and operation, making real connections to the Provide HCM People demo system.

Internet Connection is needed to establish the communication between the application and your SAP system. Of course your device must have network access to the path where your SAP system publishes the Web services; otherwise the application will not work properly.

The application is based 100% on standard SAP functionality. In addition, must meet the following requirements for the proper operation of applications:
Activation of standard web services on your system (SOA-RFC). (Consult your system administrator to agree on the activation of web services, backend transaction SICF).
Applications use basic authentication (username and password) to facilitate testing. If you need a higher security level, please contact us to study your case.
SAP user with enough authorizations to call web services and execute the standard functionality of the application. Basically if the user is able to run the process in SAP, it will work from the App.
