El lector TUI App permite identificar a los titulares de la tarjeta universitaria inteligente (TUI), mediante la lectura del código QR impreso en el reverso de la tarjeta.

Este sistema de acreditación de usuarios resulta realmente útil en cines, museos o cualquier otra entidad que requiere comprobar la relación de un titular de tarjeta con la universidad, con el fin de facilitar accesos o aplicar descuentos para determinados colectivos (estudiantes, profesorado de determinadas áreas, etc).

Dado que la TUI no siempre puede llevar impresa toda la información relativa a su titular, se pone a disposición de todas aquellas entidades que requieran identificar la relación con la universidad de titulares de la TUI, una aplicación móvil de lectura del código QR que devuelta la vigencia de la tarjeta, la filiación de su titular y otros datos identificativos del usuario.TUI Reader App allows identifying holders of university smart card (TUI), by scanning the QR code printed on the back of the card.
