L'EURE OPINION est une application de dialogue entre le Conseil départemental de l’Eure et ses administrés au service d’une démocratie locale plus directe et plus participative.

... autant de thématiques sur lesquelles chacun peut désormais faire ses propositions au département ou poster des débats qui sont soumis aux votes de la communauté des utilisateurs.

Canal d’information vers les administrés, L'EURE OPINION permet aussi à ceux-ci de réagir sur les informations ou projets partagés avec eux par le département.
Enfin chacun peut utiliser L'EURE OPINION pour entrer en contact avec le Président du Conseil Départemental, moins pour régler des problèmes individuels , que pour apporter sa réflexion, sa réaction aux initiatives du département, ses interrogations, ou tout simplement sa contribution de citoyen responsable et soucieux de l’intérêt général.

Finally everyone can use OPINION EURE to contact the Chairman of the County Council, less to resolve individual problems, to bring his thinking, his reaction to the initiatives of the department, his questions, or just a citizen contribution charge and mindful of the general interest.
