***INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open the app LifeCare PRO got to the start button.
2. Follow the instructions:
1. Breathing in through the nose until the program indicates you to hold air.
2. Hold the air until the program indicates you breathing out.
3. Breathing out through your mouth, like blowing, until the program indicates you breathing in again.
4. Continue the process until finished the series or if you prefer to mark the option of repetition.
