About LitterSnap Android App
The objective of the Eaux Cristallines association is to protect the environment from the impact of pollution, in particular the marine environment. It places human beings at the center of the solution and uses technology as a lever to help them in this task.
In this context, the association is developing a digital application to characterize marine waste in a participatory science perspective.
The definition of marine litter includes all types of waste that may end up at sea, already present at sea or returned to land by stranding. It can be found at sea, in rivers or on land, for example, along the coastline, rivers and lakes.
