About Logsize Android App
Logsize is a tool for measuring the volume of a log stack from images taken using a smartphone or a tablet device.
Step by step wood pile volume calculation:
Capture an image of the log stack.
Input the outer boundary of the log stack.
Type in the average length of the logs in the stack.
Results:
- Total volume of the stack
- Total amount of logs
- Pile dimensions
Advantages:
- Detailed reports based on specie, diameter, location and volume
- Grouping logs by diameter
- Export results in Excel or to your FMS
- Does not need an Internet connection to process results
