• We believe that creating great experiences starts with understanding your users. That's why we created Lookback. Wherever your users are, you can ask them to share their screen and their reactions using the front-facing camera.
• All recordings are uploaded to your organization's account on lookback.io. We've built a custom player in which you can easily view, export, and share your recordings.
• Bug reporting has never been this easy. Simply record what you're doing as you reproduce a bug, and you're done. Use the camera and microphone to add additional context.
• You can easily create demos and tutorials for your app, and level up your marketing and documentation.
• Instead of writing a long email, your users and beta testers can quickly submit feedback to you, simply by recording what they are doing and talking to the microphone.
• You can gather feedback from remote testers by sending them email invitation which with a few taps lead them through installing lookback and your app, as well as through recording the whole testing session.
