With the app the trainer is able to upload programmes with instructional videos. This allows you to workout in confidence that you are doing the exercise correctly.
With your weights used and sets and reps being tracked we can see progress. There is also options for weight and measurements to be uploaded and progress pictures. These are essntial for yourself to see hard proof of changes and for the trainer to see what is happening throughout the process.
There are also online academies available for rugby, field hockey, golf and football which allows an athlete to sign up for £10 per month and follow a programme designed specifically for the chosen sport.
