This app does not send any data back to VC Personal apps. According to premissions it states it requires network state, internet, wifi state, external storage state, write external, and phone state. When a text has been entered and user touches save yes it writes it to the users internal or external storage device. As for as the internet and wifi this app does not require either one. Simple turn your wifi off and you will see app still works. Thank you Google for bringing theses concerns to me.
