I have shared many recipes over the past few years and some of my favorites have been the Filipino desserts. This is a list of Fillipino desserts. Filippino cuisine consists of the food, preparation methods and eating customs found in the Philippines. The style of cooking and the food associated with it have evolved over many centuries from its Austronesian origins to a mixed cuisine of Malay, Spanish, Chinese, and American, as well as other Asian and Latin influences adapted to indigenous ingredients and the local palate. Devouring these sweet treats reminds me of being back home in the Philippines. I thought that I would recap and share some of the favorites from the past few years.
