The customer app will be used by parents to create their children’s profile (parents can each of their children profile under their own and manage them all at one place) which will include child’s details, home location, school name and location and schedule pickups per week/month/school term and make payments through credit card or wallet- Parents should also be able to manage profiles, schedules and payments
Parents should be able to see assigned drivers and track their child pick up from the drivers ETA as he/she comes for the pickup, driver location on the way to the actual drop off- additional validation measure such as OTP will be used during pick up and drop offs.
Parents should be able to view the trip history of the child’s commute including distance, time (pick up, drop off, time spent enroute), route map etc.
Parents should be able to track and communicate with the driver at any time before, during and after the trip.
Parents should be able to set special instructions and picture of their gate for the driver to always follow.
Parents should be able to leave feedback and rate the service.
