MASME is also stand for Mobile App for Small Business. In general, the mobile app for small business that Me-Tech envisioned is not for new customers of the small business. It is targeted more to the regular customers of the small business or at least customers who have been familiar with the small business.
The mobile app is something that “tie” the customers to the shops. With the mobile app, they will be aware of the latest promotions by the shop. They are also likely to come to the shop due to the promotions. The mobile app is something to make sure that the shop is always “in contact” with the customer.
For example, a customer who has come to get services from a salon is more likely to come back to the salon if compared to someone who has never been there before, assuming that the customer has received reasonably good service. Therefore, the small business may encourage the customer to download their mobile app as a way to keep “in touch” with the customer. The customer is then rewarded with special offers from time to time via the mobile app.
