Heeft u een beperking en loopt u hierdoor tegen problemen aan? Of heeft u het idee dat de ontwikkeling van uw kind achterblijft? Geef aan op welke levensgebieden u tegen problemen loopt en reageer op een aantal stellingen. Vervolgens kunt u zien welke ondersteuning bij uw situatie past. Bespreek dit met uw MEE-consulent.

De Keuzehulpapp wordt u aangeboden door MEE Plus in samenwerking met Bloei en eVect.

MEE ondersteunt mensen met een beperking, bijvoorbeeld een verstandelijke of lichamelijke beperking, chronische ziekte, een vorm van autisme, ontwikkelingsachterstand of niet-aangeboren hersenletsel.

Samen met u en de mensen om u heen zoeken we naar oplossingen, zodat u weer verder kunt. MEE is onafhankelijk van zorgaanbieders en instellingen.
