About MeinGym Android App

Advice: The MeinGym Training App can be downloaded free of charge but administration and retrieving of these Training plans is only possible if you have acquired a Training plan from a MeinGym Trainer. This feature will be activated by in the App by meingym.at

The MeinGym App is custom-built for MeinGym customers. As a MeinGym customer you have the use of your own private Gym, a Fitness Studio exclusively for you. Our main aim is to offer each and every customer absolute privacy and to support and assist you when training. This support naturally will be given by a Personal Trainer, a consultation session and with our Training App.

We will link the classic ‘Offline Training’ using the MeinGym App with online Training support.

If you would like to book a Private Gym for yourself exclusively (or with friends, family or colleagues) at www.meingym.at, you additionally have the option of a training plan or a WOD ‘Workout of the day’. This training plan or WOD which you have booked will be available for you on the MeinGym Training App and will appear in the App Calendar on the day you have booked the Gym.

Our training plans and WOD’s include a video and/or a series of illustrative pictures with special instructions and detailed information and what to pay special attention to when performing each exercise.
