The Merative My Clinical Diary app is designed for participants in clinical trials conducted on the Zelta data capture platform, which is owned and operated by Merative U.S. LP. This app makes it easy for you to access electronic consent forms and complete electronic diaries, surveys, and questionnaires assigned by the research team.

You’ll receive login credentials from the investigative team conducting your clinical trial. Simply log in to the app to access your tasks and submit data.
