About Metro North Departures Android App
real-time track number and departure times
See the same real-time track number and departure time screens you see in Grand Central for Metro North rail. With just one click, view the real-time departure screens for MTA Metro North Railroad stops on the east side of the Hudson. You can preset three buttons for train stations of your choice. Select stations from the entire list or from each line. Pressing the button for a train displays the station stops for that train. When you open the app, the departure times for your closest preset station will be displayed.
The app also displays Amtrak departure screens for stops along the New Haven and Hudson lines.
For Metro North riders departing from Penn Station, the departure screens are available on the NJ Transit Departures app.
The developer is not affiliated with MTA (MNR) New York, New Jersey Transit or Amtrak.
