About MG - Pragati Android App
Pragati is an Mobile Auditing tool designed to be used by the MG Service team for Auditing dealer on various parameters as per the audit guidelines defined by the MG.
Pragati equips the ASM/ RSM and other service team members to carry out quick and hassle free auditing at dealers under their network. Inbuilt dynamic scoring capability automatically generates the Pragati score for each dealer immediately after audit and helps service team & dealer principal identify & work on improvement opportunities. Information captured through the Pragati app is instantly available in back office and thus helps back office team to keep the dealer progress under check.
