serves the purpose of interpreter between both of them. It is designed in such a way that anybody can
access it simply and use for his own.

ii) Track historical complaints, search complaints & sort complaints

iii) Pay taxes through this application

iv) Apply for birth & death certificates and can get through this application.

v) Get different notifications by municipal council, can download the document list, procedure

vi) View projects by municipal councils category wise

vii) Share suggestions and opinions related to specific issue or concern with municipal council defined by municipal council for various application etc. using this application
