Mobile Homes USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Steel Recovery Solutions, LLC.
We are an authorized dealer for most manufacturers of new mobile homes, which we order directly from the manufacturer and ship directly from them to your location.
We are also an authorized dealer for the Federal Government and buy FEMA mobile homes, offices and other real estate from them.
We receive titles for each unit which we transfer to our buyers at the completion of the sale. All deposits and payments for our homes are held in our Wells Fargo escrow account in Fort Myers until our customers have received delivery and title for their homes or offices.
We have over 1000 used homes and offices available nationwide some in existing parks with amenities ready to move into and self standing.

We offer modular offices and classrooms on a regular basis and while we may not have them listed, we accept requests for specific requirements.
We can and do purchase used mobile homes from individuals and park owners which need improvements which we rehab then resale nationwide.
Many of our park owners sell us available units at a nominal cost and we absorb all the costs of rehab so the units are available to new owners in the park and on the rent roll.
