In alignment with its vision and strategic goals, the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MOHRE) seeks to boost the Participation of the national human resources in the priority strategic sectors. The ministry is glad to introduce the National Program for Emiratization (Tawteen) to support UAE Nationals to take up jobs in the private sector.
Objectives of the Tawteen Program
• Enhancing the participation of the National Cadres in the private sector
• To qualify, in collaboration and coordination with the stakeholders, the national human resources in alignment with the demands in the labour market.
• Provide a seamless, accessible, and smart e-platform, built to the world's best practices, to attract targeted candidates.
• Provide privileges and incentives to the private sector entities, registered with MOHRE, that support qualifying, training, and empowering of the national human resources.
