About Monitor This Android App
This app was written to track network usage to help people who get charged for roaming data when they are convinced that the phone had not been roaming. The application is built to monitor and log network events like connections and disconnections. The log is stored on the sdcard in a "csv" file which can be copied off for examination. It has a header line at the top with the field names and should be readable in a spreadsheet. Times and Dates are stored as strings in the phones timezone.
