ATTENTION, faute de temps, je ne peux plus maintenir plusieurs versions de l'application. Celle ci est donc abandonnée, mais ne vous inquiétez pas, le tableaux des IG ne change pas très souvent !
Vous pouvez toutefois télécharger la version "Mon Coach IG Bas" à la place, qui est régulièrement mise à jour, avec son lot de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Celle-ci contient beaucoup plus d'informations, ainsi qu'une rubrique dédiée à plus de 600 recettes compatibles avec la méthode, et un scanner de code barre !

Montitool est une application d'aide aux régimes basé sur le principe des IG bas. Axée sur un tableau d'IG (index glycémique), l'application permet de se renseigner sur les aliments qui sont autorisés pendant les phases I et II de la méthode.
L'accès à la fiche produit permet d'avoir des informations complémentaires sur un aliment tel que :
- des informations sur la saison quand il s'agit d'un fruit
- des recommandations, ou des avertissements
- des recettes

However, you can download the version "My Coach IG Low" instead, which is regularly updated, with a lot of new features.
It contains much more information and a section dedicated to more than 600 recipes compatible with this method, and a barcode scanner!

Montitool is a helper application to the plans based on the principle of low GI. Focused on an array of GI (glycemic index), the application allows to learn about which foods are allowed during Phases I and II of the method.
Access to the product allows for additional information on such food as:
- Information on the season when it is a fruit
- Recommendations or warnings
- Recipes
- Product substitutions or similar products
