mosq ist eine kostenlose App, mit deren Hilfe sich Moscheen, Gebetsräume und islamische Zentren finden lassen. Die App bietet diesen Dienst in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. mosq arbeitet nach Wunsch zusätzlich mit Maps Navigation, Navigon und anderen Navigations-Apps zusammen.
Du suchst eine Moschee, einen Gebetsraum oder eine islamische Gemeinde in Deiner Nähe?
In Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz eine Moschee zu finden ist gar nicht so einfach, denn meist liegen die islamischen Gebetsmöglichkeiten versteckt in Industriegebäuden und in Seitenstraßen. Selten weist ein Minarett den Weg zu einer Moschee. Meist ist es nur ein Schild an einem Seiteneingang oder man muss fragen: „Wo finde ich die nächste Moschee (Camii, Masjid)?“
