About MotiApp-Tracker Android App

This application is part of a study carried out within the framework of the COMMIT/ project. In this study and through this application, we want to find out how people are motivated to either start doing physical activity or to keep doing physical activity over time. Within the application you will receive a questionnaire every two weeks that will ask you about your exercise habits and your motivation for exercise. After three months, you will receive a final survey and you will be debriefed.

We would greatly appreciate if you install Google Fit next to this application. In this study, we collect data through the Google Fit API, which tracks how much you walked, ran or biked. However, if you do not have or want Google Fit installed, you can still participate in this study.

If you have any disability that might prevent you from doing physical activity or if you have received medical advice to not partake in physical activity, please do not participate in this study.
