This simple app is designed to help you focus every day on one key trait that will help you to improve yourself. Based partly on principles that can be found in Benjamin Franklin's autobiography, the app has a built in alarm to help you remember.
Thirteen built in traits are included so that you can focus on one each week, in a cycle that repeats every quarter.
The app also has a review system so that you can track your performance, which will help motivate you to continue. Future plans include adding graphs and exporting the results!

NOTE: This has been developed for phone screens. It may not work properly with older versions of Android. I'd be pleased if you can report the versions of Android where the app doesn't work, so I can adapt this properly.
