Step 1: Determine your inner decision or object and put it in the 'Message'
For example: I have confidence in myself
Step 2: Set the start time, end time and days you want to be reminded of the message.
Step 3: Enter in the field 'Interval' to how often you want to be reminded of this message. For example, every 4 hours.
Step 4: Choose how you want to be remembered: Vibrate / sound or both
