About Motorsports Schedule 2013 Android App
Thanks for everyone who downloaded the 2013 version of the app, however the app has now been discontinued and won't be updated for the 2014 season. Not all is lost, however, as a more streamlined incarnation of the app now exists as Racing Central. Please view my other apps to download.
Motorsports Schedule is an application which allows you to see the year's calendar for the following motorsports events. Most sports are currently provide an indication of the race dates only, whereas Formula 1 has all race and practice times as they publish their calendars in advance.
- Formula 1 (full race times)
- IndyCar (race dates only)
- MotoGP (race dates only)
- NASCAR Sprint Cup (race dates only)
- Super GT (race dates only)
- V8 Supercars (race dates only)
- World Endurance Championships (race dates only)
The application can remind you prior to an event coming up in the racing calendar for each of these sports. The reminder will typically arrive one day prior to the event when the exact time of the event is known, or two days prior when the exact time isn't yet known (to cater for timezone differences).
** NOTE: If you notice any errors or changes in the schedules, please contact support to advise. For Sony SmartWatch notifications, please ensure that you have both notifications enabled in the app, and that the Motorsports Schedule add-in in Sony Smart Connect is enabled and configured correctly. The date/time of the main race (when known) will be automatically converted into your local timezone. Please check your local guides if there is only a date listed.
This application has full support for phones and tablets, Google TV, as well as Sony SmartWatch MN2 and Pebble watch (Pebble support is currently experimental).
