Allows you to keep as many, two folders on your phone insync.
Uses ionotify to avoid excessive battery drainage.
IONotify only alerts when a file is changed, no polling is done.
IOFileManager is required if manual path entry is not preferred.
Root is optional. If either source/dest is not sdcard, then root is required.
