* READ_PHONE_STATE (getLine1Number)
- 3G / LTE data usage is used for monitoring.
- Tethering app requires 3G / LTE information.
* ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
* ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
- Used to easily specify the location when saving AP settings.
- It is not used for other purposes, it is an optional authority.
